Mr. Izhar and the Firm has vast experience in litigating, advising and rendering services in all areas of civil, property, commercial and Banking Laws, including establishment, organization and management of commercial companies, partnerships, sole-proprietorships, non-governmental organizations, social welfare societies, trusts, wills and charities. Mr. Izhar has a privilege to work with a re-known Legal Firm of the country known as S.M. Masud & Associates as SENIOR ASSOCIATE for more than 10 years and earned a vast experience in various areas.
Mr. Izhar is also expert in Litigating, advising and rendering services in all areas of civil, corporate, Criminal, Constitutional Law, criminal laws including arbitration, contracts, corporations and white-collar crime. He is capable to handle the most hostile situations smoothly.
Legal review and drafting of commercial agreements such as, sales, lease, hire-purchase, agency, franchising, licensing, distributorship, trademark and copyright agreements, as well as banking and corporate transactions such as, loan agreements, Legal Opinions, documentary credit lease financing deposit arrangements, guarantees, indemnities, pledges, hypothecation, assignments, charges and mortgages.
Advisory service on corporate affairs of a company, counseling on, and drafting, constitutional and other documents relating to the establishment, organization and management of commercial companies, partnerships, sole-proprietorships, non-governmental organizations, social welfare societies, trusts and charities.
